My name is Ryan Anthony Martinez. I am an “Illestrated” visionary…
Live painter, muralist, collaborator, and teaching graphic artist from Diego to the Bay. my passion for creating visual art is rooted in my love for music, nature, and life… Fueled by electronic dance music and hip-hop/ festival/ dj culture, and social justice; my work provides a visual link to those performing and pays tribute to heroes who have passed. Upon moving to the Bay Area in 2009 it has been my goal to become the “Illestrated” live painter in the dance music community painting on stage along with many of my favorite djs and artists at some of the best venues in the bay area.
While achieving my mfa in illustration and computer arts, I also helped shape the role of store graphic artist for whole foods market for nearly 17 years while successfully creating and selling my own studio work.
